2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital membership services and profile subscriptions offered by GHT Junior Chamber through the GHT Profile Page.


1. No Refund Policy

All GHT membership fees, digital profile fees, and subscription payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Membership activation fees
  • Annual fees
  • Digital profile upgrades
  • Add-on services
  • Event registration fees (unless otherwise stated)

Once payment is made, it is considered final.


2. Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time; however:

  • No refunds will be provided for partial or unused membership periods
  • Access to the GHT Profile Page may be revoked immediately after cancellation
  • Your public profile will be removed within 7–14 working days

3. Event Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds for paid events are only possible if:

  • The event is cancelled by GHT
  • You request cancellation at least 7 days in advance

Event tickets are non-transferable unless approved by GHT.


4. Duplicate Payments

If duplicate charges occur due to a technical error:

  • A full refund may be issued
  • Proof of transaction is required
