GHT Digital Profile – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GHT Junior Chamber Digital Profile System (“Platform”). By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The GHT Digital Profile is provided exclusively for members of GHT Junior Chamber (“GHT”).

It is designed to:

• Display your professional identity
• Support business networking
• Facilitate member-to-member engagement
• Strengthen the GHT community

2. Eligibility

• Only active GHT members may create or maintain a digital profile.
• GHT reserves the right to suspend or remove access if membership expires or is terminated.

3. Member Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

You must ensure that:

• All profile information is truthful and up to date
• Uploaded content belongs to you or you have permission to use it

3.2 Use the Platform Professionally

You may not upload:

• False, misleading, or defamatory information
• Offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Illegal or copyrighted material without permission

3.3 Keep Your Account Secure

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities performed under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or solicitation
• Upload harmful code, malware, or scripts
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the system

• Impersonate any other member, organization, or individual

GHT may take action against any behavior that violates community standards.

• By uploading content, you grant GHT a non-exclusive license to display it on your digital profile.
• GHT may remove content that violates these Terms or affects public image.

6. GHT Rights & Administration

GHT reserves the right to:

• Modify or update the Platform at any time
• Edit or remove content that is inappropriate or incorrect
• Suspend or terminate user accounts when necessary
• Access member accounts for technical support or community safety
• Manage templates, features, and profile configurations

7. Third-Party Links

Your profile may contain links to:

• Social media
• Personal websites
• Business platforms

GHT is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of external links.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

GHT is committed to protecting member data.

Your information will be used only for:

• Member identification
• Profile display
• Communication related to GHT activities
• Improving the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”.

GHT is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Temporary service interruptions
• Errors caused by user actions
• Any business, financial, or reputational loss resulting from profile usage

Members use the platform at their own risk.

10. Modification of Terms

GHT may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
